Troy "Cage" Knight is known as Kamen Rider Moon Blade, a form granted by the use of the Sengoku Driver and Melon Lockseed. For a short time, Troy becomes Kamen Rider Moon Blade Final, a seperate, upgraded form based on his original Melon form granted by the use of the Genesis Driver and Melon Energy Lockseed, until Ryoma's preemptive attack on him separates Troy from the Genesis Driver. When Troy later returns from his "death", he returns as Melon using the Sengoku Driver and Melon Lockseed.
He is Drew "Cage" Knight's older brother, who after his third year in college was a project leader in the Research and Development branch of the Yggdrasill Corporation until he finds out the company has been compromised, usurped by Ryoma. This causes him to team up with his friend, Dylan Lavigne.

Troy is seen throughout the first quarter of the show as the protector of the Helheim forest, protecting his men as they forage into the forest to harvest the Helheim fruits.
Troy later appears during the Lockseed gathering game, causing all of the main 7 Sengoku Drivers to appear in the forest. Troy defeat Acorn, Baron, and Bravo without breaking a sweat, but in a rage, destroys Pine's Sengoku Driver by accident. He returns to Headquarters, unpleased that Armor Warrior saved his men, calling him street trash.
With all the data feedback from all 7 Sengoku Drivers, Allen uses the new Genesis Driver to take out multiple Pine Troopers, noting that the Genesis Driver is powerful.
Arms[]
Like the other Kamen and New Generation Riders, Kamen Rider Moon Blade/Moon Blade Final's forms are called Arms. His personal Lockseeds are styled in pure Japanese. All of Troy's Japanese Samurai-themed Arms' helmets share the title Helmet while his visors share the title Eye.
As Kamen Rider Moon Blade, Troy's Sengoku Driver plays Japanese horagai music and announces "Soiya" before every transformation. By pressing the Sengoku Driver's Cutting Blade down on the Lockseed after transforming from one to three times, he can activate one of three finishing moves based on his current Arms form: Squash, Au Lait or Sparking. In addition to the Sengoku Driver's finishing moves, Moon Blade can perform a Fruits Charge finishing attack by inserting a Lockseed into the attachment slot of his Unrivaled Saber.
As New Generation Rider Moon Blade Final, Troy's Genesis Driver announces "Soda" before every transformation. By pushing the Genesis Driver's Seaboll Compressor into the Energy Lockseed after transforming from one to two times, he can activate one of two finishing moves based on his current Arms form: Squash or Sparking. In addition to the Genesis Driver's finishing moves, Moon Blade Final can perform a Sonic Volley finishing attack by inserting an Energy Lockseed into the Energy Drive Bay of his Sonic Arrow.

Ride Wear[]
Ride Wear
The Ride Wear is Melon's default form undersuit, which is briefly seen during Melon's transformation sequence before the Arm attaches or when he changes Arms. However, this form is completely vulnerable to any incoming attacks when shot at directly in the suit rather than at the Arms that is descending down on the Rider.
Moon Blade is one of only a select few Kamen Riders who are defaultly equipped with a Sengoku Saber side weapon, which is held on the left side of his Sengoku Driver with a Sengoku Saber Holster.
The Ride Wear that Moon Blade's Sengoku Driver has is easily identifiable through its Rider Indicator faceplate. The Rider Indicator only identifies what Ride Wear a Sengoku Driver contains for simplicity and can be replaced with extensions such as the Genesis Core or Ultra Joint.
When Moon Blade assumes Watermelon Arms, it changes the golden parts of his Ride Wear to red.

Melon Arms is Moon Blade's default muskmelon-based armored Japanese Samurai form. Accessed through the Melon Lockseed, this form bears the Melo helmet with the Pulp Eye visor.
In the power stats, Moon Blade dominates by hitting harder than Acorn's hardest punch and Armor Warrior/Pine's fiercest kicks. In terms of agility though, he out jumps Armor Warrior in Pine Arms by two whole meters, and is about as fast as Baron in Banana Arms. Moon Blade moves at blinding speeds in quick succession during close combat. Utility-wise, Moon Blade can also use the Melon Defender as a weapon and can be thrown as a boomerang and also use the Unrivaled Saber at ridiculous swinging speeds with the option of also using it as a firearm weapon, countering even Kamen Rider Dragon Defender, who specializes in gunslinging. As a result, Moon Blade is considered as the strongest Kamen Rider among the original seven Sengoku Driver users as he was able to defeat five out of six Kamen Riders consecutively without breaking a sweat and was able to withstand Kamen Rider Pine's Pinecone Sparking.
As the strongest out of the original Sengoku Driver users, Moon Blade is even able to fight toe to toe against Moon Blade Final, an upgraded form using the superior Genesis Driver and superior Class-S Lockseed despite the fact that not even Kamen Rider Bravo could stand a chance against Armor Warrior's Lemon Raiment Arms, a slightly weaker or equivalent to the Genesis Driver's output. Moon Blade is also able to deflect Sonic Arrow shots with relative ease where as Kamen Rider Baron and Kamen Rider Armor Warrior both struggled against Kamen Rider Sigurd.
- Sengoku Driver finisher:
- No-blade Kick: Unknown, as this finisher was only revealed through the Melon Lockseed.
- Melon Unrivaled Slash: Moon Blade activates the Squash function on his Sengoku Driver and charges the Unrivaled Saber with melon-shaped energy before slashing the enemy.
- Mellow Blast: Moon Blade activates the Squash function on his Sengoku Driver and throws his Melon Defender charged with maskmelon-shaped energy at the enemy before slashing them with the Unrivaled Saber.
Troy retired this form's use when given the new Genesis Driver, transforming into Moon Blade Final, but recovered his old Sengoku Driver after his Genesis Driver was taken from him. Unfortunately, he permanently lost the ability to transform into Moon Blade when his Sengoku Driver and Melon Lockseed were destroyed while fighting Drew as Moon Blade Final. He acquires one of Mecha Pine's Sengoku Driver after his younger brother destroys the Mecha Pines and a new Melon Lockseed.

Watermelon Arms is Moon Blade's watermelon-based armored Japanese Samurai form, that is accessed through the experimental Watermelon Lockseed.
While assuming Watermelon Arms, Moon Blade dons the Watermelon Armor Part and his Arms Weapon is the Watermelon Gatling.
Troy only used this form once during his final battle with Touka "Cage" Knight. After that, he never used the Watermelon Lockseed again due to the recoil caused by his Watermelon Gatling Gun weakening him.

This is the first of three forms that Troy tests out but he claimed that it was too cute for him to use.

Grape Arms is Moon Blade's grape-based armored Chinese Soldier form. Accessed through the Grape Lockseed, this form bears the Summoned Dragon Face helmet with the Dragon Eye visor. Grape Arms is normally used by Kamen Rider Dragon Defender.

Triumph Arms
Triumph Arms is Moon Blade Final's honeydew melon-based secondary final form, as well as the fusion form of Melon Arms/Melon Energy Arms. Accessed through the Triumph Lockseed, this form bears the Triumph helmet.
While assuming Triumph Arms, Moon Blade dons the Triumph Armor Part and his Arms Weapon is the white-colored variant of DJ Blaster. He also possesses twin green banners marked with his emblem in black called the Triumph Flags (Thud), which are normally attached to his back, but can be used and wielded as close combat staff-like weapons.

Quadronaut Arms is a Legend Rider Arms based on Kamen Rider Quadronaut's Base States that is accessed through the Quadronaut Lockseed.
While assuming Quadronaut Arms, Moon Blade dons the Quadronaut Armor Part and his Arms Weapon is the Rocket Module.
In this form, Moon Blade is able to perform one of two finishing attacks.
- Rider Rocket Drill Kick: After jumping high up, Zangetsu manifests the Drill Module on his leg as he descends with a side kick.
- Rider Rocket Punch: A punch attack with the Rocket Module.

An apparent side effect of the Legend Rider Lockseeds is channeling the represented Rider's personality, with Takatora almost calling out "Space is Here!" before stopping himself halfway. Moon Blade is the only Kamen Rider to resist as such, likely due to his opposing personality.

As expected, the evolution from Melon Arms to Melon Energy Arms has boosted Moon Blade Final's power, with his punching and kicking power increased exponentially. The only thing that hasn't changed, however, is the jumping height and the maximum running speed. Compared to his fellow New Generation Riders, Zangetsu Shin can throw the 2nd hardest punch and his kicks are the third strongest. His agility stats, however, are about average.
- Genesis Driver finisher:
- No-blade Kick: Moon Blade Final activates the Squash function on his Genesis Driver and fuels all the energy from the Melon Energy Lockseed to its maximum potential before he jumps up and hits the target with his kick.
- Melon Sonic Slash: Moon Blade Final activates the Squash function on his Genesis Driver and fuels all the energy from the Melon Energy Lockseed into his body, which is then converted into his Sonic Arrow before he slashes the target.
- Sonic Arrow finishers:
- Sonic Volley: Moon Blade Final locks the Melon Energy Lockseed into the Sonic Arrow and fires a powerful arrow shot that when it hits a target can pierce through their body and slice it into multiple pieces before exploding.
Troy lost access to this form after he was betrayed by Sengoku x and the others. After that, his Genesis Driver would be used by Mitsuzane. Later, Sengoku X used the kill switch to disable the Genesis Driver permanently. Troy acquires Mecha X's Genesis Driver after the latter's defeat.
