After the Great battle with Chaos, with Serena as the only survior, she saw her friends dying saying to her that it is time for her to become her most powerful & ultimate form Sailor Cosmos. She did not want to become Sailor Cosmos, but she does not have any choice in the matter.
One by One, Amy, Raye, Lita, Mina, Amara, Michelle, Trista, Hotaru, Darien, her parents, Queen Serenity & King Helios lending their powers, crowns & their thrones to her, she feels their power coursing through her veins. With the Gold & Silver Crystals in her possession, Serena transforms into her most powerful & ultimate form, Sailor Cosmos she even becomes Neo-Queen Serenity & most importantly the new jailer of her other half, Sailor Chaos. she destroyed the entire Solsr System & extingushed all life on the planets allowing them to be reborn & give new life
She spent 20 Million Years of training to control the massive amonts of power she possesses, Sailor Chaos has been keeping her company & keeping her sane, evenn if she killed her friends. Sailor Cosmos has been helping others all across the universe when they call upon her for help. She will not be able to do it alone, she'll have the help of one of her former enemies, Sailor Galaxia & the Sailor Senshi all across The Universe to help her.
