Isabel Perkins is addicted to Eli, a student in her class. She is mentally structured, and was put in a home. Before that, she was in a fire and her skin was severly damaged. Although, she survived but is still in her severe skin. She will have surgery next month, March 31st, and will be out of the home on May 5th. She will be seen as "okay" and will try to convince Eli that she is now not like her old ways she used to be. She is portrayed by Cristine Prosperi.
