It is a cross-over between Alvin and the Chipmunks and the 2002-2007 Disney Channel animated television series Kim Possible, along with additional appearances by characters from Lilo & Stitch: The Series and Yu-Gi-Oh!
It is one day after the events of Come and Follow Me, and the "Chipmunk Adventure 20th Anniversary World Tour" is preparing to leave New York City for Middleton, Colorado-the home of legendary teen hero Kim Possible.
Upon the Tour's arrival in Middleton, two important events occur: first, it is revealed that Roxanne Goof is pregnant with twins, forcing Max and Roxanne to resign from their duties as Toon Force Power Rangers, and second: Kim is embarrassed by rival Bonnie Rockwaller becoming engaged to be married before her. Sensing her sadness at this turn of events, Kim's boyfriend, Ron Stoppable, asks the Tour staff for help in planning a special surprise for Kim that night.
The surprise turned out to be Ron's marriage proposal to Kim, which she accepted. But, the plan was not over yet—Alvin and company agree to let Kim and Ron hold their wedding during the Middleton Chipmunk Adventure Tour stop.
Shortly before the wedding, Jason Archer is bumped up to Toon Force Red Ranger, passing his Green Ranger powers to Ron while Kim becomes Toon Force Pink.
On the day of the wedding, it is revealed that Bonnie and Ron collaborated on the incident at the airport as an impetus for Ron's plans to propose that night.
The wedding goes off without a hitch, and the Tour staff prepares to travel to Hawaii.
