The Powerpuff Support Team is the unofficial name given by Mayor Elliott Meyer for the adults whose job it is to assist the Powerpuff Girls in fighting crime.
Season 1[]
After having his life saved by the Powerpuff Girls during his inauguration, Elliott Meyer insisted upon using them to fight crime in the city. His Chief of Staff Sarah Bellum had her doubts about the situation, but Meyer was set on the idea, flowing money into it without letting the lawmakers know about it.
Meyer invited John Utonium, Kathleen Keane, and Tyler Osborn into his office to discuss the matter, and they agreed to test out the girls against the Amoeba Boys. Much to Utonium's chagrin, they also agreed to install a phone in the professor's house.
Utonium continued to distance himself from the others, but when he tried to distance the girls from the spotlight, Osborn threatened him with an investigation into his past. Elliott Meyer told Osborn to let it go. Osborn instead decided to hire David Wilson to conduct the investigation.
Upon hiring her as his special adviser, Meyer included Melanie Reenie in his daily activities, including PST meeting. None of the other members agree with the decision of allowing Reenie in to attend the meetings.
The meetings continued as normal until, after a near massacre at First National Bank, Tyler Osborn came and announced to everyone present that the Powerpuff Girls were suspended from fighting crime and that he would not hesitate to arrest the PST members as accessories if they continued to met secretly. Osborn eventually relaxed on the PST after reinstated the girls as superheroes and returned to attending meetings.
Sometime afterwards, after the abrupt ending to the Gangreen infiltration, Melanie Reenie left Townsville.
