Donna Noble-Smith was a Time Lady, formerly human, and former companion of the Doctor and now his fellow Time Lord. After her entire family died, she adopted the Doctor's human alias' last name, Smith. She is also the main character in Noble Who?.

Description[]
First regeneration: same as human form but with gold specked eyes.
Second regeneration: tall and lanky, ginger hair cut in a pixie cut, green eyes. Wears grey cargo pants, black combat boots, Ace's old jacket with red shirt. She also occasionally wears a leather trench coat and fedora with a long scarf. Influenched by the Ninth Doctor's memories.
Third regeneration: long black hair, , wears trainers and jeans with a plaid shirt left unbuttoned and tied together. Also wears a trench coat and fedora.
Fourth regeneration: chin length brunette hair with brown eyes with gold specks.

Donna is the Granddaughter of Susan Foreman, the Doctor's granddaughter, hence making her and the Doctor family. It's because of her Time Lord ancestry, Donna's head did not blow up, making her the first human to naturally regenerate into a Time Lord, the second being River Song.
